How do you ship packages?
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses in China by ePacket or EMS and in the USA by USPS
Shipping Fee: Free for orders over $20.
For orders below $20, you will need to pay $5.99 additionally
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
These countries and regions are not within our shipping area：Aland Islands, Venezuela, Cayman Islands, Jersey, Jamaica, Guadeloupe, Kosovo, United States (1/62 states), United States Minor Outlying Islands, Martinique
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Limegirlstore (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

I love this brand. The stickers are a little wider than other brands so it is nice I don't have to fight to stretch the sides to cover my nails. These normally last me about 7 days. I cure these with 3 rounds under the UV light and it sets them up perfectly for me.
Easy to apply and easy to take off. No damage to my natural nails after removing them. Great for a special occasion and you don't want to pay a nail salon. I get alot of compliments on them and people all ask who did it. They are surprised when I tell them I did.

I am a big fan of nail wraps and have been using them for years. However, I had been hesitant to try the gel wraps because I've heard they can be harsh on your real nails. I got these to wear for a wedding I attended. I was really looking for that simple, ombre look. I figured I would give these a try and I am glad I did. They went on easily, stretched to fit the nail well, filed them down, cured for 60 seconds as recommended on the instructions and that was it. These haven't softened, chipped, scratched or lifted since I applied them. People have been asking me where I had my nails done. When I said I did them myself, they don't believe me!
These are really great quality gel strips. I have had them on for a week and they still look perfect and are holding up really great - even better than some well known brands that end up cracking. I am excited to try more colors!

I love a good french tip! Very easy to use but Id like the nail strips to be wider. They were too small for my nail beds as is and I already have pretty small fingers. I had to stretch some out to fit my nail which helped.
I love these semi cured strips! Easy to apply and last 2 weeks. I probably could have left them on longer. Me and my daughter love them!
