How do you ship packages?
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses in China by ePacket or EMS and in the USA by USPS
Shipping Fee: Free for orders over $20.
For orders below $20, you will need to pay $5.99 additionally
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
These countries and regions are not within our shipping area：Aland Islands, Venezuela, Cayman Islands, Jersey, Jamaica, Guadeloupe, Kosovo, United States (1/62 states), United States Minor Outlying Islands, Martinique
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Limegirlstore (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

I bought this when I first started doing my nails. A great variety of colors! Works well and good sized products.
Recommended to me by someone. I gave 4 of these sets to the girls in my family and they were definitely a huge hit. I bought one for myself, first, to try it. I was sold. You can do a manicure with 60 seconds drying time per coat, per hand. in 10-12 minutes you're done. The polish lasts two weeks but I get tired of the color before that and change out. I put a double base coat on as it makes the polish easier to peel off. Yes, I said "peel" because I can't get it off with the remover I have here.
So far I really like this set! I am in love with the colors! It also comes with little stickers that u can swatch all the colors on and put on the bottles. Long lasting and good coverage. I only did 1 layer in the image!
The colors are really pretty. The bottles are on the smaller side... but for the price this set is great! Comes with a base coat, top coat, matte top coat and 34 colors.I will buy more.
I love all the colors. it come with stickers so you can splotch the actual gel polish and put it atop the bottle. I've been wearing the gel polish for about 2 1/2 weeks and I could probity get to 3 weeks out of one set. the colors are very vibrant especially the neons. but if you like to get close while painting your nails the polish has a some bad smell but you don't notice it of your further away while painting but its gone after you cure it.
I completed my nails and had been so far 1 week with the color and everything looked fine. Nails look like they were made by professionals. I found the application was fairly easy, and the color was bright. I got the best results with two layers of the color polish for a perfect and glossy finish. I would buy more sets in the future, totally recommended.

I ordered set #6 and it is really good. I used two coats, but you can even go with one coat. It cured really good and I love all the colors I got! So obsessed so far but will see how it wears thru the week, will update if my review changes !!
I don’t have any experience with gel polish at home but this is great. It’ll definitely take practice to paint with my non dominant hand but the result is pretty dang good! I’m very happy with it. It lasts over a week even with my job of being a maid and constantly wearing gloves. I recommend this gel!
Colour selection is fantastic! The consistency is a medium thick, self leveling and easy to use! Fantastic coverage and the matte top coat is MATTE! I have no chipping, peeling or any issues at all! They also work well with my other brands on hand ! Definitely a great purchase! Make sure you do proper prep if you are having issues with longevity!
At first I was sceptical because of the reviews and when I first saw that colours. But, after some further inspection and trying out the polishes I was pleasantly surprised! I’ve been mixing my gel polishes to get a desired colour and the polishes mix with ease! The nails cure very well with the base and top coat :) the only complaint really is that mine didn’t come with a gel soak off which is fine because I usually just wear the polish until it peels off itself. The range in colours makes this a good product!
Really like them but one is broken! Pulled them out of the box and the one that is broke qas snapped at the neck!
I don't have any specific knowledge of product - I bought as gift for teenage daughter of friend - both my friend and her daughter said she loved it.
