How do you ship packages?
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses in China by ePacket or EMS and in the USA by USPS
Shipping Fee: Free for orders over $20.
For orders below $20, you will need to pay $5.99 additionally
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
These countries and regions are not within our shipping area：Aland Islands, Venezuela, Cayman Islands, Jersey, Jamaica, Guadeloupe, Kosovo, United States (1/62 states), United States Minor Outlying Islands, Martinique
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Limegirlstore (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

I like how the lines are there for the different shapes of nails. Nice to work with. The one thing I dislike is the apex is pretty thick, or deep.

Hi. I have a strange problem. When I was 3, my father was using a hatchet and he accidently let me get hold of it and I nearly chopped the end of my right forefinger off. He wouldn't let the doctor remove it and it healed back together but now I have 9 straight as a ruler nails and this one that turns way down. I can only let it get half as long as the others because it hits the table when I lay my hand flat. But I love the thing-it's one of those odd things that makes me who I am. So now I'm into doing my nails long with poly-gel, I bought these to lengthen the nail along with the others and it works perfectly. Not too thick, hugs the nail to absolute perfection, especially on the one side where the scar is, the nail goes down further and these cover it up right to the edge. Paint on the gel, put on over the nail, cure and easy off, I couldn't ask for a better fit or form. It's precisely what I needed and had been looking for. If your nails curve, (like the one of mine does) or you just prefer the look, then these have a great deep curve to them that I think you would enjoy to the fullest. Bought these because I wanted to try dual forms for encased designs instead of trying to use a brush to apply PolyGel. I've never used dual forms before & watched several videos & read lots of reviews about many of these. Purchased these because I was looking for something flatter with less curve.
These work pretty well for beginners. They are easy to use & the PolyGel comes off easily. They do not have a curve at all & the nail comes out flat like a naked nail. My only complaints are: the numbers on the pieces are kind of difficult to see & if I squeeze too hard on the small nail, I notice a white band forming in the middle of the piece (probably the plastic wearing down). I suspect these will break after a few uses, but there are so many of each of them, these should last a while.

Fits perfectly! Not to big and not too small. It gives a nice range of sizes for people with medium and small nail beds.
They come in a lot of sizes, easy to use and apply. I had the ones that curve down at first and didn't like them, but these ended up great for me.
