Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Limegirlstore (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

I try gel x nails for the first time, and this kit have everything I needed! Great lamp, they also gave nice decors and cute polish, perfect for jelly nails.
I love gel polish, but I work In healthcare and have to wash my hands A LOT. That drying soap means that gel polish doesn’t have a long life, and going to the nail salon every 1-2 weeks just doesn’t make myself or my wallet happy. I bought this kit so I can still have strong & pretty nails without sacrificing the $$$. So far, 1 full week in and the nails are still holding up great! Faded a little on the tips which is to be expected, but no chipping at all yet! The color bottles are smaller than I thought they would be, but for the price of the kit I won’t mind buying the full size when I need them. Considering I’ve never done gel on myself before I am so stoked they came out so well, the directions are really easy to follow and I’m sure following them well is a big reason they’ve lasted so long already. The colors and the shine are SO pretty! I am NOT disappointed!

This was a “Pinterest made me buy it” purchase. It was pretty easy to use, but I definitely need some more practice. I followed the instructions they had plus watched some videos. I got everything pictured. I just wish the nail polishes were bigger. Other than that great purchase!
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I was brand new to gel nails and this kit came with everything to get started. I watched some YouTube tutorials and it was super helpful. Don't skimp on the prep! Good prep will set you up for success in having a long-lasting gel set. The lamp was fantastic! It has buttons to set your time and it is motion-activated. It turns on as soon as you put your hand in. Very cool.I was so impressed with this set, I bought a bunch of other Beetles polishes and I am full blown obsessed now. 😆😆😆
Not bad at all and very easy application let’s see how long they last. I wanted to try to do my own nails at home because nail salons here are to rough on my nails 🤷🏻♀️. But these are simple just make sure to read directions and tips for desings.

I love Limegirl, but this particular color choice isn’t my favorite most of the colors are very very shear but that could also be what you like!
So this kit is so beginner friendly that although I bought it for myself, as an experienced tech, my 17 year old daughter was able to adapt to it very quickly and now I can't get her to leave my stuff alone. I also just recently purchased a kit for my niece. The gels come in plenty of colors. The size isn't exactly to the visual dimensions of the model holding the bottle. The tubes are more the size of ones middle finger or to be exact 3 1/2". So yo may be able to complete a full set of nails x2 per tube. I do wish the top and base coat bottles were more. The nail lamp works like a charm and had no issue with the gel not being completely cured. The gel is also durable, and after several weeks, has not chipped or broke. The sanding tools also are sufficient and sands the gel effortlessly.
I have psoriatic arthritis, which means my natural nails pit, split, and have black capillary bursts under the nail. I have had my nails professionally done, used UV powder kits, glue-ons, sticker polish and just plain regular old polish and I have never had anything this natural looking and still very pretty. This is my very first time using any poly nails and I think they look great for my first try. The kit had everything I needed and more. I will be buying more brushes to have around
Exactly as described. I’ve never done it politely before. It was easy to use. It took me about 3 nails before I was confident in the process. I’m really satisfied with this product and it looks GREAT
This is a great kit. However, I am not a beginner when it comes to doing my own nails. It is my first go with poly gel. The instructions are not the best. I had to find YouTube videos. The instructions talked about a cone grid but my kit didn’t come with that. The curing lamp is sufficient. However it said there was a 45 second and a 60 second setting. It has one setting and it’s like 75 seconds. There is not much product in the tubes. I had to squeeze and squeeze to get the product out. One full set is about all I’ll get from a tube unless I mix and match with another color. Overall the value is great. The quality is good and I’m sure after some practice, I will be loving it.
The instructions can be better and bigger for us older blind folks. They can also put bigger finger forms for thumbs. The biggest one didn’t cover my thumbs so they done look as great. For my first time I cannot complain, they actually came out decent. My next time around I will watch a tutorial first then take my time. I put them on, cured them, then cut and filed them down and painted over them because of the bubbles. So each hand has a after poly gel applied and finished nails which are pink polish with glitter polish on top. Not my best, but with practice I’m sure will be so much easier.
