How do you ship packages?
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses in China by ePacket or EMS and in the USA by USPS
Shipping Fee: Free for orders over $20.
For orders below $20, you will need to pay $5.99 additionally
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
These countries and regions are not within our shipping area：Aland Islands, Venezuela, Cayman Islands, Jersey, Jamaica, Guadeloupe, Kosovo, United States (1/62 states), United States Minor Outlying Islands, Martinique
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Limegirlstore (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Kit is really good. I found it difficult at fist (complete beginner!) but ive got the hang of it now and my nails look fab!
So glad I bought this kit !!! I watched a Limegril pin tutorials.You get everything you need but you do need a base coat, and cleansing solution. I agree the clear is not the easiest to judge on width of the extension when in the form, so will be trying other colours soon :) still super impressed with my first set of extensions though !
I never leave reviews usually but this stuff is so amazing I had to share! Really easy to use (I learnt after the first couple of nails not to apply too much, take time to file the nail to get rid of any ‘spiky’ bits and make sure none of the gel gets underneath the natural nail as it’s really annoying!) I’ve had these on for over a week now and they still look great. Would definitely recommend.
This is still going to take practice but it is so much easier than the free hand gel that you use with the stickers. I recommend watching lots of different YouTube tutorials first.
I bought their base coat and their primer alongside this kit and I've actually been using the forms on top of tips as well as on their own and honestly I'm super surprised, they've stayed on better than any set I've gotten done professionally and I've been getting my nails done for years. They haven't moved and it's been a month at the maximum lenght i could get with the forms! Only thing is the forms run pretty small, I normally struggle with finding forms and tips small enough for my nail beds but these run significantly smaller than any other kits I've tried so it might be an issue if you have bigger nail beds, other than that highly recommend.
I must say this nail kit is fabulous ! I’ve never used Gum Gel before so thought I would give it ago and I wasn’t disappointed! I am a beginner and have used the kit a few times and watched some tutorials and I’m getting a dab hand at it already! Easy for beginners, all you need to do is practice and take your time and you will be well away! Over all great product, would recommend.

I'd been using builder gel for a while and felt like it wasn't strong enough for my flimsy nails, so I tried the gum gel instead and won't look back. I used the forms to start but then once my nails were a decent length/shape I brushed and formed the gel directly onto my nails, then filed the top down to make sure it was smooth. The gel goes really far. I've done at least 15 sets so far and still feel like I've got half the the left.
Good kit. First time using the gum gel (poly gel). Easy to apply & mold. Strong. I use as a protective layer over my natural short nails to stop them breaking. Easy to remove or file off if you have an e-file. Would defo recommend.
So quick and easy. I am a qualified nail tech but it’s too hard and to time consuming to try and do my own, this was just fantastic! Definitely easy enough that beginners would be able to do it I’m so glad I decided to give it a go.
My tip would be make sure the tip you pick fits the nail without any pushback if it’s too tight it will lift under the lamp. But blown away with this kit.
