Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Limegirlstore (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

I am new to polygel and this kit is great for beginners. The steps are very well written out and you are provided with almost everything you need. I did use my own nail files, and the curing lamp is a little on the small side, so if you have a bigger lamp, I would use the bigger one. The colors are very pretty and neutral, and since I have darker skin, I was glad that they worked out for me. As for quality and longevity, the nails last a very long time if you prep well and follow the steps. I experienced some air bubbles but with practice I'm sure they'll go away. Be weary of overfilling the tips as the product make come out on the sides and they can be a pain to file away. Overall, I will definitely keep using this kit and hope I get some better results.
This was my first ever polygel kit so I didn’t have any expectations or anything to compare it to but here are my pros and cons two uses and a few YouTube videos later.
Pros:
1. The little UV light was a great addition to this kit. Though it may be too small to put my entire hand under, I’ve found that that I prefer curing my polygel nails one at a time so the size of this lamp was perfect.
2. The nail file is perfect. Absolutely no complaints there. I did get a tiny cut on the cuticle area of my pinky while filing but I’d say it’s my fault for using too much pressure so close to my cuticle.
3. The actual polygel came in very tiny tubes. While some may consider this a con, I didn’t know if I’d like working with polygels and didn’t want to invest in larger tubes. Now that I know what I like (which is not this brand—more on this in the cons), I know I can be happy with my purchase of larger tubes later.
4. The polygel moves like butter. This is both a pro and a con. Though “moveability” is not so great for dualforms due to oozing, I found the softer texture to be great for filling in my new growth and I imagine it would also be great if I used nail tips (and spread the polygel on top of it).
5. The quality of the brush and spatula is great. No feedback on this.
6. The foundation gel and top coat were also great. Not once did I feel like my nails were going to pop off and the top coat provided a brilliant and long lasting shine.
7. This kit came with both straight and curved dual forms. I really appreciated the variety.
Cons:
1. The UV light does not come with an adapter to plug it into the wall for power. This isn’t that big a deal as my iPhone adapter worked just fine. I even plugged the USB for the UV/LED lamp directly into my laptop (that was plugged into power) and it worked fine. I think this is my preferred method as I can watch movies on my laptop while I do my nails. So I guess this con turned out to be a pro?
2. The polygel is so sticky and moves about too much. Applying the polygel into the dual forms was fine, aside from having to constantly dip my brush in alcohol because it would stick to my brush every now and then. The nightmare came when I was putting the polygel-filled dual forms onto my nails. Based on all the tutorials I watched on YouTube, I expected that it would ooze a little around the cuticle and on the underside of the nail but this was on a whole other level. Imagine a consistency just slightly thicker than Elmers School Glue. No matter how much I tried cleaning up the underside with the brush, the polygel kept flooding under my nails and it was truly a mess. I thought it was just me but after watching a few reviews on YouTube, I realized multiple people also have this issue. Therefore, on my next polygel purchase, I will be trying Makartt or Modelones as everyone says these are thicker in comparison.
3. Though the dual forms came in both curved and straight, the shape of them was just a little weird. I’m not sure if these dual forms are specific to this brand or if this is the typical shape. As much as I would match the dual form to the width of my nail bed, the tips of the nail always turned out thinner than the nail bed. I guess this is fine for people who prefer a more coffin shape nail but I like square so the tapering of the dual forms at the tips was annoying. I was always left having to add more polygel to the free edge of the nails to widen them a bit.
This was a long review but here’s my bottom line. I probably won’t try dual forms again but if I do, it would have to be with a brand of polygel that is thicker than Beetles.
This gel is *thick* to the point that it can be difficult to get it out of the tube. That being said, I think that might be an advantage for a lot of beginners as you aren't fighting against gravity as much as you would with a thinner product when you're trying to smooth it out. If you're freehanding it (as opposed to using the forms), you can get a nice even finish that needs very little buffing down if you're willing to take some time to play with it. The forms weren't for me as I didn't like the way excess product pooled at the free edge of my natural nail, but I will say they have a fairly impressive selection of sizing.
This poly gel Kit was easy to use. So far I've used it only twice but both times came out great. There is a bit of a learning curve to using the gel, sculpting it and application. I recommend a good amount of slip solution so your brush doesn't get all muddled up with the product. It's a good starter kit to get if your looking for a long lasting wear poly gel.
I love how quick and convenient it is to do my nails with these, and still have them look like i just walked out of the nail salon! Nothing came broken and i was really impressed with how much was in the box. it is definitely good to have two or three practice nails before you do all of them because it can be tricky. I do have one critique, the poly gel is a lot softer than i thought its would be even after they were done they were still a little soft, if you work with your hands a lot just be careful! anyway, this is a great purchase!
It takes a little practice but once you get it figured out it’s super easy. It does take time. You’ll have to set aside at least an hour +. I have bit my nails for 24 years and have tried every product to try and stop. I found that getting the gel nails at the salon helped the most, so I decided to try this approach. I love these poly gel nails. When one starts to break I do find myself ripping it off with my teeth, but that soothes my urge instead of biting my own nails. My natural nails have been able to grow out and it makes applying and the look of the poly gel a lot easier and better. I also love the natural colors it comes with and it’s super easy to just paint over if you want a change. I can’t say it enough I love this product. Completely changed my life by finally helping me to bust the bad habit.

Tried it. I have to say, using this product is more convenient and way easier than those professional ways. So if you want to play with your own nails at home, I strongly recommend. It’s not very big, but considering about the price, it’s still a good deal.
