Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Limegirlstore (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

This is my first time using polygel or any type of nail enhancement besides press on. I found the kit to be easy to use and I love the colors! The only thing I wasn't happy with is that a couple dual forms arrived with slight damage from being so tightly packaged in the little box it comes in, but was only 1 for 2 sizes so there's still a good one for each. Definitely use a slightly larger size and don't size while pressing the form to see if it fits cause that won't fit right. Maybe people knew that but I didn't until trying to put it on and cure.
This is my first time trying polygel. It’s easier to use then dipping powder. Dipping powder is more complicated. On the contrary, this kit was very easy to spread and use even to file it down. I think I would not soak a lot of slip solution on my brush just use a generous amount not too watery. Overall, totally recommend to buy and use. So far, my nails have lasted for 2 days. Let’s see what happens in the category of duration.
This was my first time ever using Polygel and "I LOVED IT!" this was a great product I had no problems I can not reccomend it more highly! It's excellent quality and super easy to use. And the colors are all Beautiful! I was afraid it might not be as strong as my Acrylic but I am on my 2nd week and I have had no issues! None have broke and I am seeing no lifting. If u have never used Polygel b4 I would advise watching a few YouTube Tutorials. And having some 100% Acetone, a clean brush & lint free wipes at hand. Because u will have alot easier time if u can keep ur hands and the backs of the duo forms as clean & sticky free as possible. And it's way faster than Acrylic.(not near as much sanding and shaping ur nails)
This poly gel is great and easy to use. The edges around my cuticles could be neater but it’s also my first time using it so maybe it’ll be better as I understand to use the product.
So I found this easy and fun. My very first attempt is not bad, however when I lightly filed 3 of my nails the color disappeared. I wrote to company to see why. They only took me about 1/2 hr for one hand.Update, the company replied to me quickly. So I did fix them some and added gems. It was my very first time , but receiving so many compliments. I can't wait to get them perfect.
I love this poly gel! I adore polygels and have been dying for a sparkly gel and yesss! The slip solution that came with the kit worked as well as 90% alcohol that I normally use with other polygels I have purchased before. The forms make for a better apex than other forms I have used. I am no where near being a nail tech but I enjoy doing my nails so having all the different colors to choose from to make different looks is a huge plus for me. A little product goes a long way. I did not have any issues with the product being runny or any issues with it curing. I use a 38W LED/UV light and I have found that placing a mirror under your nails while curing helps speed up the process because the light reflects off of the mirror to cure the underside of your nail. Overall, I will order again! I just wrote an essay- sorry if you have read this far haha
I bought this deciding that I should do my own nails instead of spending so much money going to a nail shop. Everything you need is included and the instructions are really easy to follow. It is definitely a trial and error learning process, but even on my first try my nails turned out great. I would recommend getting the nail clips if you are going to be doing your own nails and maybe watch some youtube videos so you're more comfortable with the process. The nails lasted me 3.5 weeks before i decided to file them off and redo them. It takes about 3-4 hours to do them, but the better you get the less time it will take.
So this is the second kit that I bought about the one with the blue colors and I also have this one for paying I do like how easy it is to use and that they include everything you need in the box I also bought the lamp separate and the electric nail file separate just so that I can get some pretty decent nails but the actual poly gel is real nice and thick and it hardens very fast I wish the colors were a little bit more vibrant like in the picture but it gets the job done.
Over the moon with this kit had tried other brands which I was not happy with alot were to sticky , this polygel is so nice to work with an the results were impressive can highly recommend an will but again
The kit was great! Has everything you need for multiple sets. Unfortunately, if you’re a beginner, the instructions are not very helpful. The pictures make it seem super easy, but there’s a lot of things the instructions don’t cover. So, if your a novice, take your time and make sure you don’t use too much product on each nail, unless endless filing is what you want to do after applying the nails. If you’re experienced, it’s a great kit

THIS MAKES IT POSSIBLE FOR ANY BEGINNER TO EASILY CREATE AN AMAZING SET. USING THE DUAL FORMS IS ALSO VERY GOOD FOR ENDING UP WITH A SMOOTH FINISH THAT DOESN’T NEED FILING. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS SHAPE AND APPLY TOP COAT. OH, AND I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE TOP COAT. IT IS SO SLICK AND SHINY, IT MADE MY FINISHED PRODUCT LOOK REALLY NICE.
-Great for beginners however not a lot of product to use , I used half a tube doing these (first attempt). -I would recommend for anyone to also get an electric nail file for a quick fix up. -amazing colours and packaging. -I have my own light and would recommend 2 minutes under it . -practice makes perfect.-First time took me 2 hours
