How do you ship packages?
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses in China by ePacket or EMS and in the USA by USPS

For orders below $20, you will need to pay $5.99 additionally
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
These countries and regions are not within our shipping area：Aland Islands, Venezuela, Cayman Islands, Jersey, Jamaica, Guadeloupe, Kosovo, United States (1/62 states), United States Minor Outlying Islands, Martinique
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Limegirlstore (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

This gel remover works just as well as acetone but in a fraction of the time. I also love that I can apply it wear I want it compared to acetone which has to sit on my skin for such a long period of time. It applies chunky, not like nail polish. But that’s how it’s supposed to be. Works like a charm!
5 stars!! This stuff really works and works really well. If you are like me, you peel off your gel polish and every time you peel, you see a layers and flakes of your natural nails, getting peeled off with it. This causes your nails to be extremely weak. This remover makes it so easy for the gel polish to flake off. Within just a few minutes, you really see the polish starting to lift off from your nails. This stuff has saved my natural nails from being destroyed by gel polish!!
This gel finger polish remover works great. Follow the instructions as given. 8-10 minutes is all it takes. If you have layers of polish just repeat the process. I did not notice a smell. As directed, do not let it touch your skin.

This is such a great product. All uou do is file the top layer of polish and brush off the dust, then apply this like a chunky polish and sit for a few mins. The polish will start to shrink up and then you just scrape of the polish. Depending on how many layers you have and how long you let this sit on your polish you might have to do another application. Afterwards just buff your nail and prep to apply a new color.
I use gel polish frequently and like to switch up the colors often. I tried this brand of gel Polish remover and it worked great! I let it sit for about 5 minutes, wiped it off, then sanded off the small remaining bits easily. This works great and I’m happy with my choice!
Works exactly as described. May even be a little faster than my other brand! Happy with this and will likely buy more when the time comes.
so much better then picking them off
The smell of this is pretty strong. I used this on a light pink polish and it worked as intended, although I spent some time scraping it off. It's possible that I didn't sand them enough prior to applying the polish remover. Overall, this works well!
This gel polish remover works great for me. Make sure to follow the instructions completely to have the right effect. I like that I don't have to file as much with this gel remover which causes less damage to my nails.

When I opened the bottle there was a strong smell to this product. Really no different than being in a nail salon but it’s nice to have a heads up. This did work after a bit. I was really expecting it to be simpler than using a good polish remover. It was still work to remove the gel polish but technically theirs product did what it’s supposed to do…remove the polish.
I didnt have any of the problems listed in the other reviews. I didnt smell anything unless i directly stuck up my nose to the bottle. After following the instructions of filing and leaving the product on for 5 minutes the gel slipped right off!
Perfect to remove gel polish. Works great with a scraper too. Just becareful with the skin!
