How do you ship packages?
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses in China by ePacket or EMS and in the USA by USPS
Shipping Fee: Free for orders over $20.
For orders below $20, you will need to pay $5.99 additionally
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
These countries and regions are not within our shipping area：Aland Islands, Venezuela, Cayman Islands, Jersey, Jamaica, Guadeloupe, Kosovo, United States (1/62 states), United States Minor Outlying Islands, Martinique
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Limegirlstore (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

I love the crème gel polishes! I did initially try a lighter pink from the pallete on a full coverage tip and it was streaky. After reading a review that said the really apply with the base of the brush, instead of the tip, it fixed the issue! I applied the middle color in the third row to my full coverage tips. I did 3 coats and used a different brand base but same brand top coat. I love how they came out and it was actually really easy to use the brush, I might even prefer the application with the brush rather than the stand brush bottles in other gels. 10/10 recommend!
When I tell you I was pleasantly surprised by this product this was not what I expected at all. I went into this thinking that it was not going to give me what I wanted but it meeted my expectations and surpassed them. I was not expecting this product to give me what I wanted but when I tell you it was so easy to use the colors for beautiful and they came out exactly like I wanted. Had I known this palate was this amazing I would've got it a long time ago
I used this product to clean all my brushes and my brushes look good as new for the most part.
All I can say is THANK YOU TIKTOK! I randomly saw a nail tech doing her nails with this pallet and thought, it was so precise and not messy I should be able to do that. And guess what…I CAN!!!! I’m so in love with this cream gel polish! The color is beautiful! The application is easy! The price is perfect! I’m going to be purchasing more and because I’m not a nail expert, I’ll get some gems and foils to make my nails even prettier!
one layer. the brush came with the kit is so good - easy to use and the gel went on smoothly and evenly. I practiced with white color twice then the third time with pink looks like a salon manicure in 10 mins! I did use the base and top coat from the same brand and the top dried within one lighting (30sec, a portable one). I am getting more colors for sure and planning to show it to girlfriends cause it's so easy to travel with.
I have the classic brown pallet and I love the formula , so easy to use and less messy than a bottle
only giving 4 stars since the darker brown color as shown in the picture isn’t that dark in the pan I did so 3 coats it’s just a different medium brown colors

his is my fifth color cube. I love them so much! With this one in particular, I have to mention first.. the white! Omg! It is perfect! One coat, fully opaque! This is a big deal because sometimes using 2 coats of a white(sometimes even 3!) To reach a fully opaque base, makes the nail thick from the very beginning. But with this one- one very thin coat and it looks perfect!
I've been painting my own nails using gel polish for at least the last five years. I was intrigued finding this new palette because I didn't really understand how a semi-solid polish would work. The best way to describe the experience is super easy! The polish is surprisingly soft in the pan and easy to work with. I used the third shade on the second row and painted three extremely thin layers because I wanted it to be opaque. I can easily get three manicures per shade and overall I can see myself using the entire palette. For the ease of use and price this will absolutely replace my bottled polishes that are getting old and gunky at this point anyways.
