How do you ship packages?
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses in China by ePacket or EMS and in the USA by USPS
Shipping Fee: Free for orders over $20.
For orders below $20, you will need to pay $5.99 additionally
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
These countries and regions are not within our shipping area:Aland Islands, Venezuela, Cayman Islands, Jersey, Jamaica, Guadeloupe, Kosovo, United States (1/62 states), United States Minor Outlying Islands, Martinique
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Limegirlstore (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

EASY TRACKING
Check your order status online. As easy as that!
I don't use these as intended, for fingernail art, I use them for finding the best placement for a credit card on a cash register or gas pump. You can also see if the the reader is broke by checking for a light with these. One artsy kind of thing I've done is place one or two behind a sticker I've placed on my phone, near the NFC reader. Like, if the sticker has eyes, put some NFC LED stickers under the eyes and they'll flash or light up when your NFC reader activates.

I’m in love. Just place it to any nfc device, and boom bam. I’m in love and everyone loves em.
These were tricky to figure out but they work as described. I had to install an NFC reader app on my phone in order to activate the lights. Even though they worked without the app, the light was faint and inconsistent. When I manually turn on the NFC reader on my phone with the app, they glow much brighter and work just the way I wanted them to

I must say I really like using these with my nail art. I have had a lot of compliments on my nails lighting up! I will be buying more! Remember you can use them over and over again just be careful when removing them. That the product was great and I had fun with it.
So they work with a phone. I couldn't get them to work with the game controllers and I'm assuming that's an issue with knowing when the signal is being emitted. Your phone has to be on and unlocked or it's not broadcasting a signal. You also can't use any metal near the device, no magnetic phone cases, no nail polish with metal flakes or magnets in it (so no cat eye), no rings nearby the sticker, all that stuff blocks the signal. Outside of that they work like magic and I love them ✨
