How do you ship packages?
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses in China by ePacket or EMS and in the USA by USPS
Shipping Fee: Free for orders over $20.
For orders below $20, you will need to pay $5.99 additionally
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
These countries and regions are not within our shipping area：Aland Islands, Venezuela, Cayman Islands, Jersey, Jamaica, Guadeloupe, Kosovo, United States (1/62 states), United States Minor Outlying Islands, Martinique
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Limegirlstore (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

The cordless design frees me from cords completely, love that it comes with multiple drills, 11 professional nail drills and 6 sanding belts, removes dry cuticles and easily shapes and smoothes even thick toenails, more flexible operation, The speed can be selected, the size is small, the electric nail drill is easy to carry in a bag, the high-speed rotation keeps the noise low, the battery can be used for about 5 hours, do not use it when charging, it is a small regret that it is not a tybe c charging port, the drill is portable, practical and easy to use use
Love this drill. It is exactly as described. So easy to use…Light weight…and I love that I can lock in the drill bits and adjust the speed to as fast or slow as I need (as opposed to so many that I looked at that were limited to 3 or 5 speeds). It’s a fantastic product at an affordable price.
This is my third Nail Drill and this is by far the best! Quiet, powerful, looks & feels well made, cordless & you can reverse the direction, as well as check battery charge level. In my photo (A) refers to different diameter drill bits from 3 different nail drill sets. The diameter are slightly different sizes & I was initially worried this would present a problem & I would only be able to use the drill bits that came with the kit, but they all fit perfectly. Which brings me to the discussion of swapping out drill bits. This is by far the easiest to use! (B) I drew a red arrow pointing to a picture of a padlock "locked" and the other red arrow points to the padlock "unlocked". When you align the arrow (on the handset) to the locked padlock, then the drill bit is securely in place. Just turn the knurled knob a quarter turn clockwise to line up the arrow (on the handset) to the picture of the unlocked padlock, and you can easily remove that drill bit to insert a different one. It fits securely and you dont have to screw down the bits like my previous nail drill. My last nail drill only worked for 3 months but there were issues from the get go, but not with this device. Everything works smoothly. Hoping this device is durable, seems like it is, and pink aluminum color looks & feels professional. Hands down, all pros no cons... I highly recommend!
I use the nail drill for my natural nails and acrylics as well. It does a good job and it’s also very smooth to use.
Love this nail dril, easy to use I just stared doing my nail and I was able to use beginner friendly and does not heat up in your hand.

Ever since the 2020-21 C-19 shutdown, I have been doing my own 2-tone acrylic nails, and this sure beats taking down the old nail and then shaping the tops of the new fill/nail all by flat nail file, which took me 2+ hours; it was also hard to clean the undersides before, but now it is easy!
Anyone who wishes to get organized or if you travel... this nail drill combo/ UV light for nails is awesome!! You won't be sorry! You prop it up on each side and then slide your nails under for UV drying. Genius!
