How do you ship packages?
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses in China by ePacket or EMS and in the USA by USPS
Shipping Fee: Free for orders over $20.
For orders below $20, you will need to pay $5.99 additionally
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
These countries and regions are not within our shipping area：Aland Islands, Venezuela, Cayman Islands, Jersey, Jamaica, Guadeloupe, Kosovo, United States (1/62 states), United States Minor Outlying Islands, Martinique
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Limegirlstore (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

I really like this lamp so much. I have a full size lamp but wanted one that I could use for single nails and so far this is perfect. It holds a charge for a long time and works well. I am glad that I chose this one.
I could do 3 fingers/toes at a time and was quite surprised at how well it worked.
So cute that I can put anywhere and it does do the job. 👍
I do my own nails and as an amateur, I break nails more often. Sometimes I go on trips for a week + and this is great for fixing a broken nail. It's compact and easy to use with 1 button. The light automatically goes off after 1 minute. Only con is if you are packing in a suitcase, make sure you put it in something which the button can't be pressed otherwise it'll light up in your bag and drain the battery charge. I threw out the box it came in so my suggestion would be to keep it.
The lamp works just as described. The light is bright and cures strong. Can be charged so doesn’t need to be connected to the cord.
I like that it doesn’t take up much room but still has strong enough lights to cure the gel.
This UV/LED light works well and is super small. I mainly got it for when I do Polygels or attach extensions with Gel Nail Glue/Polish that needs to be cured, since it has access on 3 sides to make it easier to hold the duo forms or nail extensions with your other hand while curing the finger. Works as Expected!

This is small and easy to use. It works well. Not especially efficient doing one nail at a time but a good light.
Great to use when you’re using gel and you need to set your gel to continue working on your artwork.
Great portable led nail lamp. It from cures one and maybe two depending on you nail six. The lamp stays on for 60 seconds. There’s five light beads. It cured my gel polish fine. It’s rechargeable and wireless. It’s small and portable. This is exactly what I wanted for traveling.
This light is super easy to use as well as carry with you.
Love how its rechargeable & doesnt need 2B plugged in 2use! Makes it easy 2do nails anywhere! Love love love this little light! Also super powerful: 18 watts! Great investment! Could not be happier. Definitely would/will recommend!!
I purchased a poly gel set that came with a cheap uv nail lamp that was broken and I purchased this one as a replacement and it’s amazing for a small lamp way better than the one I received.
I love this lamp! It's perfect for working on gel x and it's super cute. The lamp is very easy to use and I also love that it's travel size so you can carry it with you easily.
