Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Limegirlstore (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

My nails are 6 days old and I have no lifting or peeling. I used the dehydrator and two coats of primer just to be safe because I HATE when my gel manicures chip or lift. So far so good. I decided to not add any to my toes and I have chipping and lifting so this stuff definitely makes a difference with longevity. I definitely recommend this product if you’re doing gel manicures with builder or even acrylic applications.
This 2 step nail prep, is definitely a must have. It is affordable, and it will make your nails last! The smell is not overpowering, but there is a hint of a smell when using these, as with any polish. This primer and dehydrator would work with any sort of nail application; glue on tips, gel nails, acrylics, dip powder, etc. I will never not use these since finding them.
Primer has a strong smell, but both works good.
I do my own Gel-x nails at home and I struggled with my nails lifting/popping off so I wanted to try these products and WOW! Both sets I’ve done with them have lasted 1+ month with NO lifting. I’m a CNA so I work with my hands a lot and they didn’t budge!! Highly recommend.
And a lot cheaper then some of those more expensive “main brand” ones that don’t even wor. When using this 2 step system before Acrylic/gel and regular polish it kept my nails great as well as no lifting even after a month
There is a kinda subtle alcohol smell but it’s not a bother. They keep my nails on sooo much longer than before when i didn’t have this product

I like is prep set. The dehydrator works efficiently and the primer is great cause it doesn’t have a super harsh smell and works good. I’ve had so many primers where the smell is so horrible or strong that I had to throw it out cause it’s just not at all tolerable. But this was manageable even in a not so ventilated space. It also worked well with multiple product. I used hard gel as and overlay and gel polish with it and my nails last until I’m ready for a infill.
Bought this with the intention to try Gel-X nails and to use this for my prep. It works perfect for prep, I had no issues with sensitivity or product distribution. It's very easy to use, even for a beginner doing nails (like me). For the Gel-X, I did prep (cuticles, file shine away from nail, trim nails), then applied the dehydrator 2x, then put the primer on and let it dry FULLY, put a bit of primer on the nail extension (let it dry), and finally put glue on the nail extension and apply at a 45-degree angle to my natural nail (then cure). This gave the best results! My nails feel sturdy and have lasted for about a week so far, and still aren't lifting. The dehydrator and primer definitely helped! The only concern I had with this product was the smell can be a bit overwhelming. For those who are concerned about sensitivity, please patch test with one nail before trying it all at once! If not directly applied to the skin/cuticle, it shouldn't cause any issue. I have sensitive skin and I made sure to only apply to the nail. Highly recommended products for the price, longevity, amount you receive, and overall results.
I often wear acrylic nails and I also break them sometimes I get Knicks ans scratches on my fingers I am not aware of until it's time to get my nails done. I am alerted by the stinging and burning by some products when getting my nails prepped for a new install. However, despising that pain I looked for something to accommodate that and became interested in this product for its advertising. I do not have any regrets because it really works. I have no bad remarks and I do recommend this product if you are having the issue I once had before buying this product.
Started doing my nails around 2-3 months ago. First sets didn’t last, nails kept popping off after 3 days. After a bunch of TikTok videos, I finally learned that prep it’s key. Bought this set and my nails last for over 4 weeks.
This product works great! I love using it for my gel manicures. It works amazing for mail prep before gel extensions or a gel manicure on natural nails. It allows my gel extensions, prepped properly, to last 2.5-3 weeks with me being rough on my hands.
This is a very good product for beginners. I use it before I do my nails and it does make it last longer.
Product works good, does increase the wear of gel manicures. I get a solid 2 weeks out of my gel without it peeling, could go 3 weeks if needed. The primer does have a very strong smell.

I don’t think you should do nails without a good dehydrator and primer and this is a good dehydrator and primer. No lift and last long. Will definitely buy again.
***This review is my own opinion. I did not receive any discounted or free items. I never realized how vital these two products are for long lasting nails!! I work a lot; and I use and wash my hands allll day long. Typically my nails will last about 2 weeks before I experience lifting. Since I've used these products in my nail prep I get at least a month out of my gel nails before I notice any lifting or serious issues! Definitely worth it if you do your own nails.
The dehydrator is great because I have oily skin and nails. The primer actually makes my nails peel up sooner. I only use the dehydrator.
As long as you prep your cuticles and nail bed this dehydrator and primer will keep your nails on for a long time. Now to keep your nails healthy don’t rip your nails off, just file them down because it’s definitely gonna hurt if you rip them off forcefully. 10/10. I love this brand and I will use them forever.

unfortunately I’ve been doing my nails without using primer for years now. i finally got fed up and looked into it… my issue was the fact i was only using a dehydrator. no primer. felt like a dummy, ordered this, and my problem is fixed!!!! my nails have lasted 3 weeks now with no lifting at all. 10/10
I only used the dehydrator in this kit, but it works perfect for when I prep my nails to put on fake nails. I’ve always had oily nailbeds but this makes my nails last much longer.
this kit is absolutely amazing. I am a beginner still, and i’m just starting acrylics and with little practice i was able to achieve a very pretty set. the acrylic powder that i got was smooth and buttery, and it was easy to get a good monomer to powder ratio. the drill and uv lamp worked good also and the butterflies are pretty as well. with this kit i even got more than i expected. i loved this kit and i’ll probably buy another at some point.
