How do you ship packages?
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses in China by ePacket or EMS and in the USA by USPS
Shipping Fee: Free for orders over $20.
For orders below $20, you will need to pay $5.99 additionally
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
These countries and regions are not within our shipping area：Aland Islands, Venezuela, Cayman Islands, Jersey, Jamaica, Guadeloupe, Kosovo, United States (1/62 states), United States Minor Outlying Islands, Martinique
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Limegirlstore (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

This is the best gel nail polish. You aren't getting a lot of each product however a lot goes a long way. I am notorious for accidently spilling or my gel polish drying up before I can finish it all. The ability to store these so neatly and have a consolidated pack of different colors is worth it! The price point is perfect.
I love this product so much. It makes cleaning my brushes so much easier. I just put a little bit on a lint free wipe and rub my brushes against it.
Was weird at first the way that it came in the pan just because I'm not used to it. But when I tried to apply it it works so beautifully definitely recommend.
i have always loved doing my own nails, i absolutely love it. i spent a few hours yesterday doing my nails and this product by far is one of the best ones. i love that the product is small enough to fit in a container, and you’re able to buy more if you run out. the product is super easy to apply and it doesn’t run all over the place like normal nail polish. it cures extremely well under a uv light and isn’t sticky at all. when doing designs it is fairly simple to control the amount of product that goes down, while you may have to do more than one coat, you can still do one to get a sheer appearance on your nails. the polish is easy to remove and there are so many different colors. the colors are true to the packaging and don’t change when more layers are applied or in the sun. this is probably one of the best products i bought, i prefer these over actual mail polish bottles because of the simplicity and think packaging. each package comes with a brush, polish set and a manual for reading if you have never used it before.
Not sure how to feel about this honestly but I do love all the colors. My daughter had to do like 5 layers of color though. It was alittle much for my liking

Got one a few weeks ago… and I’m obsessed with it! The colors are so beautiful… I’m a beginner doing this and it’s so easy to use… it lasts! I’m getting other palettes… the colors are even prettier than the pictures. Love it!!!
