How do you ship packages?
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses in China by ePacket or EMS and in the USA by USPS

For orders below $20, you will need to pay $5.99 additionally
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
These countries and regions are not within our shipping area：Aland Islands, Venezuela, Cayman Islands, Jersey, Jamaica, Guadeloupe, Kosovo, United States (1/62 states), United States Minor Outlying Islands, Martinique
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Limegirlstore (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Happy with my purchase. The product recommends putting the jar in a bowl of warm water for 10 minutes but I didn’t do that this first time. I will try that next time but I’m still happy with the outcome.
I used this product to give more strength to my at-home gel x style nails. Since I didn’t warm it, the product wasn’t as smooth as it could be but still, it self-leveled ok, and whatever didn’t I was able to shape away with my e-file. As my nails grow a bit more I’ll try without the gel x tips and use the included nail forms to build out my natural nail. I didn’t use any online videos to learn how to use the product and did just fine but have watched videos since and think I’ll have an even better application next time.
Also, this comes with a LOT of products which will last me a long time. Absolutely worth the money.

I bought this thinking it would be a good alternative to acrylics as I hate ruining my natural nails filing them down so far when I get them done at the salon. I've played with acrylics at home before, there's always a learning curve to getting the shape right and properly mixing the solution with the powder, I thought this was going to be similar to poly gel in the way it's applied. I was so very wrong. This stuff is like trying to scoop honey onto your nail and keep it in place long enough to get a decent shape while it's running all over the place. I used nail form stickers the first time, and never again. The second time I used plastic tips and it went better but it was still difficult to keep the product in place before the nail became misshapen. Even one nail at a time was just not thick enough for me to keep in place. I'm a complete amateur who just likes artsy shiz and to not pay full price for anything, especially a full set of nails so I started playing with DIY kits. This stuff is better left to the pros, it is such a headache to try and keep looking nice. The photo is my second attempt and the pink gel is sheer enough you can see the plastic tips I used. It will leak out of its container if not kept right side up, I learned that the hard way of course. Still haven't figured out how to get it out of the hoodie it leaked all over. Overall if you know what you're doing I'm sure it's a great product, it's just not for me I think.

I have tried multiple ways to do my own nails to cut down on expenses and THIS is definitely my new solution! I have had my nails going strong for almost 4 weeks now. There is some trial and error involved if you’re not a pro, but give it a chance, read the directions, and don’t give up. My nails are so solid and I love them. I even do woodworking and a lot of hands-on things and these babies stuck on through a lot of work. I highly recommend this to help you get your nails on and strong! Note: you do need other supplies like primer, gel polish, top coat, and UV nail dryer. Be prepared with the other supplies and try it yourself.
