How do you ship packages?
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses in China by ePacket or EMS and in the USA by USPS
Shipping Fee: Free for orders over $20.
For orders below $20, you will need to pay $5.99 additionally
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
These countries and regions are not within our shipping area：Aland Islands, Venezuela, Cayman Islands, Jersey, Jamaica, Guadeloupe, Kosovo, United States (1/62 states), United States Minor Outlying Islands, Martinique
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Limegirlstore (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

I love this stuff!! It really works! The only thing I would recommend is when applying it be careful don’t put to much on because it oozes out the sides of the nail and is hard to get off other than having to start all over. So yes this work’s unbelievably well! Going to purchase another one. Now that I feel like an expert.
This has worked great! My nails have lasted more than two weeks because of it. It can get a little messy if you use too much though.

It is thickkkkkkkkk but it works. Just pair it with your favorite base gel,cure and your full coverage tips will be set in place. I will update review to see how long it lasts. Did a test nail with and without base gel and base gel is definitely needed. Update: they lasted a solid week and then started lifting but it was definitely user error lol
This gel is 100% better for your real nail beds... Adding nail glue and keeping nails on for over 10-14 days WILL damage your real nails... Yes the glue glue keeps them on longer and you can do more things BUT THIS does a decent job.. you still have to take time to put them under a UV light for 10 minutes BUT when they do come off..you can just roll the glue OFF your nail AND from under the false nail WHICH means your able to use those ones again if you wanted.. I will never use glue again after it RUINED my real nails after 10 days of wearing/using nail glue aka crazy glue just not so crazy. Lol
I love this product. Non sticky like it says and it holds awesome. I don't think I'll be using any other glue.

I haven’t use this product yet, but it looks like it would do the job well. I wanted to thicker gel to build or make designs. And it seems like it would last a while plus it’s easy to get out of the bottom when it’s getting low.
