How do you ship packages?
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses in China by ePacket or EMS and in the USA by USPS
Shipping Fee: Free for orders over $20.
For orders below $20, you will need to pay $5.99 additionally
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
These countries and regions are not within our shipping area：Aland Islands, Venezuela, Cayman Islands, Jersey, Jamaica, Guadeloupe, Kosovo, United States (1/62 states), United States Minor Outlying Islands, Martinique
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Limegirlstore (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Okay, I did my own nails so let me preface this review that the actual false nails don’t look spectacular in fit and angle, but I wanted to point out the two nails I did paint using this product. I used the light khaki colored sparkle gel (pointer finger) and this brown-maroon color (ring finger) from the brown, black, green, and red set. Highly recommend, the application is super smooth and glides nicely and can be built upon depending on how transparent or sparkly you want the polish. I really wish I could own all these color sets bc this brand and its reflective range of colored gel polish is so fun and vibrant!
These gels are absolutely worth it
I have purchased all 12 colors and I am and love with every single one.
I bought the reflective gel polish to try, for the price and size I felt it was worth a try. And it really is nice polish! It's a bit thick so first nail I got to thick, but once I got used to that I was able to work with it better and got thinner coats. 1 coat was almost enough for full coverage.
I liked this set so much I ended up going back and getting another gel polish set. All the polish is lovely and wear for weeks, no peeling and no lifting. The colors are vibrant
and hold up with no fading. It self levels without filling the cuticle and sidewalls and caps the free edge really well. The finish is smooth and professional. It also cures in the uv well with no wrinkles or bubbles.

This is a really pretty polish set. If you are considering it, I definitely recommend trying it out. I used this over white that I had on for about a week to test it out the first time, thinking it may be very sheer but it turned out applying very thick- probably would be best without a base color and would still look good. My nails were grown out when I applied this to test it out in case I didn't like it but I could see this being a new go-to color. The picture is deceiving on the color where it kind of looks like a light gold, it looks more like a darker sandy-beige in person. Great neutral, all year, color.
Color payoff is amazing just wish the brush was better and bottled little bigger so that brush wouldn’t get fade and clogged over flow when dipping in out I did use my little art brush for design was very workable over all I am in love just little things I think could make it even better
The only complaint would be that it's a very thick polish and takes longer than other polishes to apply but the quality is great overall
