How do you ship packages?
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses in China by ePacket or EMS and in the USA by USPS
Shipping Fee: Free for orders over $20.
For orders below $20, you will need to pay $5.99 additionally
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
These countries and regions are not within our shipping area：Aland Islands, Venezuela, Cayman Islands, Jersey, Jamaica, Guadeloupe, Kosovo, United States (1/62 states), United States Minor Outlying Islands, Martinique
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Limegirlstore (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

My clients absolutely love this color first off. The texture is super buttery. I feel like some poly gel has the tendency to be stiff. This one is more like a nice hybrid of acrylic! I haven’t had a single broken nail so strength isn’t a problem. Definitely would recommend

I love the color and look of the poly gel on my nails! its been on for a few days now so ill see how long it can last and i will probably get some more soon!!
Good selection of polishes, glitters, prep items, and even a lamp to get you started. I ordered this kit because I like the variety of colors and accessories that come in these varied kits, but it's also great for beginners or those just trying out nail art as a hobby. The polishes are a bit on the thick/dense side so make sure to put very thin coats and cure well in between sets or you'll have puckered, sticky polish that peels off easily. Once you get the hang of it though it's a lot of fun to work with and while it doesn't take the place of a salon-quality set, it's a nice option to have for adding bits of nail art to your existing set while bored at home! Recommended.
I had to look for videos to show me how to use it
I had a lot of fun doing my nails with this kit. Had everything I needed. The poly gel was easy to use and the application was pretty straightforward. After a few tries I was able to get the right amount on and just press, clip, and UV. It hardened and there were some flaws but it could be easily covered up with some nail polish. Had fun, great buy!

The delivery was a bit longer than expected, mine took about 2 weeks to arrive. However, delivery is free so I won't complain. They were packed nicely and I am pleased with how my nails turned out! I would order again but in advance now knowing that the shipping takes around 2 weeks.

Great product. All as described, gel is thick but easy enough to work with.
The instructions are easy as long as you go step by step and try not to get ahead of yourself. It's very quick drying. This is going to take practice so don't be disappointed if your nails don't come out perfect. I just did mine myself for the very first time. There are a lot of "how to" instructions in case there any questions. I can't wait to redo them!
