Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Limegirlstore (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

This poly gel nail kit is a dream come true, comes with everything you need for a nice manicure. i personally use this kit all the time, love the model ones poly gel because it’s thicker therefore easier to work with. the dual forms are very curved but if u use nail tips (like the second photo) you shouldn’t have to worry abt that. Id highly recommend to anyone
I love this product! It has everything you need, its easy to use and it looks fabulous! I used the color changing gel and top it off with one of my nude gel polishes and it looks amazing! Its strong and it cured in 60 sec in led lamp, the top coat it's shiny and resistant! Very pleased with the purchase! It came earlier than expected which was great for me!
This product is impressive. These nails came out super hard, not flimsy at all. Applied it for the first time today and the colors are fabulous. You learn the technique as you apply more nails. Instructions are clear. These are way better than press on nails for someone like me who wears their natural nails but likes to have longer nails for special events. I really recommend this.
I wanted to try these poly gel nails and see what they were about because getting my nails done is expensive! I was Surprised to find out that it was easier than I thought it was going to be. I think it's much easier for you to put the gel on the form itself itself and mold it there before you put it on your fingers. I wish this set came with that clear clip that a lot of other sets came with because you have to make sure the nail is firmly pressed down so you don't get no air bubbles between the gel and your nail itself. The lamp that it comes with is kind of not very good, though it Cured the nails to Harden just fine. However it did not work with either the base code or the top coat. I'm not sure if it's because the lamp wasn't working or if it's because the base code and the top code were pretty low quality. But I tried for a few minutes on each now and it still would not hurt in all the way it gave off this tacky sticky texture. No matter how long I tried to cure it. So I ended up using regular clear nail Polish over mine instead of the Topcoat that it came with. This was my 1st set of nails that I posted pictures of and I've had them on for almost a week and they are still holdingOn nicely. They took me about 2 hours to do a full set on myself but I think it would take less and less time the more and more practice I have using it . Overall I'm very happy with this product
It’s a decent product. It took me some time to get them to look exactly how I wanted but they came out really cute. It’s just a matter of how long they’ll last. But so far so good. I like the little UV lamp it comes with cause now I can use gel polish over the color if I want too UPDATE: it’s November 23rd and my nails are still gorgeous. I did them on Nov 11th and they’re still strong and looking pretty
I have not done acrylic nails or poly nails before so as a newbie this product was somewhat easy to use. If you don't have a steady hand this might not be for you. You have to find the right shape or else it will not work at all. I preferred to trim the nail form and hand shape the poly on top of my nail and the form together as opposed to using the form to press the poly into the nail. The UV light works well and this kit will get you many many manis.
Also not for the faint of heart or those tight on time. To get both hands looking great it took over two hours. Hopefully future application will be speadier as I get more practice.
As you can see from the picture I wanted to short natural look. Not ready to play with longer daring shapes just yet.
I couldn’t wait to get the the set i was super excited to try it and It was everything I wanted and more!!! If you don’t have it yet, buy it as it is at great price, easy to use, excellent quality. Comes with everything you need to build nail from nothing! Very nice to work with and great for beginners too!
This ish took me 5 hours lmao…I love getting my nails done professionally but have been so broke recently 😭 so I ordered this on sale, got it today, and went to work. I had to perfect every little thing, and it took me literally all night. They’re still not how I want them, but for now they’ll do. I’m forcing myself to be happy with my outcome. I can see if you’re a pro why this would be considered easy. But I love it. My only problem is how strong they smell of plastic
So simple bang for the bucks for sure if your trying to save money but still have nice nails this is a easy way to go. I’m a mom of 3 and have legit no time but this right here is easy to use and so simple
Product is great to use for first time users like myself, only if a clip was provided to hold while curing to avoid bubbles. I don't know how long the product will last. They feel like natural nails no pain.
My thumbs have a tendency of not curing properly, so for that reason I say make sure to cure them accordingly. I also recommend making them longer than you need and clipping/filing off the excess.
It’s a nice set, this was my first time ever doing this, but everything was easy enough and comes with everything you need to start. Colors are pretty close to the picture. My only complaint is the uv light I found that using it on the 30 sec setting worked best for me rather than the 60 sec.
I never write reviews usually but this product is so worth it! I’m a very out of practice nail technician who hasn’t done anything like this for 5+ years and I can’t fault it! The only issue I had was that the nail tips didn’t fit my nails so I had to use the forms which added a significant amount of time but I’m thrilled with the results!
I’m so happy I can afford to have pretty nails again! I haven’t been able to afford the nail salon for a couple years now, and have been wishing I could. I came across this kit and decided to give it a try. Learning the technique to get it right and not to thick takes a little doing, but I got it. I love this product.

The product itself seems to last and is sturdy. It definitely takes some practice using the gel and molds. After following the instructions I have gel all over the place and ended up filing a ton! Better than dip in my opinion. If you're a beginner don't expect perfection the first few times
First time using gel nail extensions having always used glue on false nails or acrylics, and have to say I'm pretty impressed with these gel ones. Straight forward to use, has no smell and lovely colour. I used the forms as the free hand was a little to tricky for me! The forms worked a treat, I need a bit more practice to get a perfect finish around the edges but other than that am pleased with the outcome. The test will now be to see how long they last.
