How do you ship packages?
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses in China by ePacket or EMS and in the USA by USPS
Shipping Fee: Free for orders over $20.
For orders below $20, you will need to pay $5.99 additionally
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
These countries and regions are not within our shipping area：Aland Islands, Venezuela, Cayman Islands, Jersey, Jamaica, Guadeloupe, Kosovo, United States (1/62 states), United States Minor Outlying Islands, Martinique
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Limegirlstore (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

This is a great product. Thick velocity and bubble free. Very nice to use. Will definitely purchase again.
Great for beginners, but definitely takes some practice. So much better than using extensions with gel glue. I got the clear gel and almost didn’t want to even paint them they looked great! I feel like these will last a while and I can easily fill the set and repaint. I am going to invest in a nail drill because shaping these with a regular file takes forever and they still aren’t great.. My other hand looks pretty messed up after my first try with my non dominant hand. But it was easy to work with and hardened quickly under my 48w UV lamp. The brush could be better, it kept coming apart but it got the job done. I had a full jar of product and the nail forms did their job even tho they didn’t match the ones in the photo.

COLORS ARE EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED. I APPLIED COLORS LIKE FRENCH TIPS. AT FIRST I ONLY USED WHITE, THEN PINK CREATING ALMOST OMBRE EFFECT. SINCE I DID NOT APPLY CLEAR TOP COVER IT WAS NOTICEABLE TO ME SOME DISCOLORATION AND UNEVENESS BUT OTHERS DID NOT NOTICE AND GOT MANY COMPLIMENTS. BRUSH IS PERFECT SIZE, YOU CAN USE SMALL PIECE OR EXTENSION BUT DOES COME LOOSE AFTER USE ON A FEW NAILS. I HAD TO DRY TO SET EACH COAT WITH LARGE UV LAMP. MUST WORK QUICKLY OR GEL WILL RUN OFF CAUSING MESS OR EXTRA TIME FOR NAIL FILING TO CORRECT RUN OFF OR LUMPINESS. DOESNT REQUIRE MUCH PRODUCT SO CONTAINERS WILL LAST FOREVER. THE NAIL STICKERS ARE GREAT FOR EXACT NAIL LENGTH & MEASURING. I USE 1 STICKER FOR ALL MY NAILS AFTER TIPS APPLIED TO MAKE SURE ALL THE SAME LENGTH BEFORE CUTTING AND FILING
At first the gel was too thick and unmanageable - solution keep it warm, place in a bowl of hot water and keep changing the water to keep the gel fluid. Gel was lifting after 2 days - solution - read the instructions. you have to buff nail, apply dehydrator, primer, base gel then builder gel. I used the formers, cured, removed the form, applied another layer of gel, buff, top coat and perfect!
