How do you ship packages?
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses in China by ePacket or EMS and in the USA by USPS
Shipping Fee: Free for orders over $20.
For orders below $20, you will need to pay $5.99 additionally
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
These countries and regions are not within our shipping area：Aland Islands, Venezuela, Cayman Islands, Jersey, Jamaica, Guadeloupe, Kosovo, United States (1/62 states), United States Minor Outlying Islands, Martinique
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Limegirlstore (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

These sandwich dual forms are phenomenal! I did the longest length on all nails & as well applied a nail with "Polygel, Build & Concealer Gel & the last nail with Acrylic Powder". I must say they all worked so incredible with a beautiful c curve & very little filing needed. Very easy to use & it is possible to clean them & reuse. I used my pinching tool on each nail. The picture is right after taking both the bottom & top form. I have very short nails, so I applied glue to the bottom form & it worked great. Also, when I set the top form on, I did not place it right at my cuticle, & with proper nail prep these are just as good, if not easier than a sculpture set.
These are so dang cool… Once you get the hang of how to use them, your nails come out so perfect. I absolutely love them. I will never use the other molds again. Definitely worth the money. If you use poly gel and are learning still, these 100% help.
These were absolutely awesome. I have never had a product that makes polygel so easy. They are great. I was skeptical but I wished I would have had these from the start of when I started using polygel and dual forms
Wow, what a great idea! Sandwich dual forms give you the most perfect polygel/builder gel nails!
Very easy to use and apply. You can adjust the length of the nail based on your functional needs. These forms are high quality and produce great looking fully functional nails. Glue is not needed and your durability depends on the quality of the polygel that your use.
I like that these can be used as a regular dual form and also as a sandwich form. Gels apply easily and the forms pop off with no problem. You do need to apply a small amount of peel off base coat to the bottom tip to hold it under the nail for the application process. If your nails aren't long enough to do this with, you can try two methods: either use the top portion as a regular dual form or find a snug fitting bottom portion for each finger. This option doesn't guarantee a great fit and there may be gaps, so keep that in mind. These forms are well made and durable, so each can be reused over and over again. This is great if you're trying to cut costs. There are a lot of sizing options in this set, too, so anyone should get a good fit. The plastic can be filed or trimmed slightly for a better fit.
I love love love this product! Makes it so easy to do my non-dominant hand! These are great quality and the easy and functionality are great! Love the shape and sizing! These forms make very durable nails with acrylic!
These are very cool! I have a "pudding" gel and always struggled to smooth the underside when using dual forms. These are a game changer!
