The innovative, angled design keeps your feet in the perfect position to comfortably paint your nails. With an adjustable footrest, simply select the angle that’s the most comfortable and gives you the maximum visibility and access. Salon Step even comes with a USB-lighted magnifier. Just plug it in and turn it on. Then, when your pedicure is done use the flexible drying fan in the 2nd USB port to dry your nails. The sturdy, durable construction is designed not to slip. The side shelf has 3 polish holders and a place to keep all your necessities. There’s even a built-in drawer to store supplies. When you’re finished, Salon Step folds flat for easy storage.

USB-powered light and fan

Salon Step isn’t just about comfort, there is also everything you need for the perfect home pedicure! We have two USB ports that power a magnifying light so you can see your nails in clear, high-definition detail, so you never miss a spot and can make your nails look professionally painted and polished. Then, there’s a flexi-fan for the other USB port that you can set up and bend into place to get each nail dried to perfection!

Built-in holders for bottles, and a drawer for everything else!

Salon Step doesn’t stop there when it comes to making your home pedicure as easy and convenient as possible! There are bottle holders along one side so you can place your polishes, removers and creams safely within reach while you work away on your nails. There’s also a drawer in the base that you can use to store wipes, nail files, polishing pads, toe separators and anything else you need for that salon-standard home pedicure!

How do you ship packages?

We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses in China by ePacket  or EMS  and in the USA by USPS 

Shipping Fee: Free for orders over $20.  For orders below $20, you will need to pay $5.99 additionally

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

These countries and regions are not within our shipping area:Aland Islands, Venezuela, Cayman Islands, Jersey, Jamaica, Guadeloupe, Kosovo, United States (1/62 states), United States Minor Outlying Islands, Martinique

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

  • If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Limegirlstore (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
