How do you ship packages?
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses in China by ePacket or EMS and in the USA by USPS
Shipping Fee: Free for orders over $20.
For orders below $20, you will need to pay $5.99 additionally
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
These countries and regions are not within our shipping area：Aland Islands, Venezuela, Cayman Islands, Jersey, Jamaica, Guadeloupe, Kosovo, United States (1/62 states), United States Minor Outlying Islands, Martinique
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Limegirlstore (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

I really love it. I am lazy and honestly I was not cleaning my brushes regularly before. But then I started noticing acne on my skin and after that I started cleaning my makeup brushes. It was always a hassle to do the cleaning that it is why I ordered this cleaner to give it a try and I am amazed that it actually worked. I love it. It makes my job easy and less time consuming. Highly recommended.
I really didn’t have high expectations but i am amazed how it cleans the brushes in single button press. Charging time is less and quite sturdy. Best part is i can wash many brushes in single go. Go for it if u love makeup !!
It is so easy to use, just put your brushes in the jar and then plug the usb, start it. It will clean your brushes roughly in 20 seconds. Its is easy to carry and clean.
Was excited to try this product to clean my makeup brushes and was generally satisfied with the results, although there were some features that I think could be better.
On the positive side, I like the simplicity and size of the device as it easy to store, but is large enough to fit 4 - 5 brushes at a time. There is also a little pad provided for cleaning brushes manually which I like.
On the downside, brushes with larger handles are too big to fit in the little slots, meaning that they need to be cleaned manually, but smaller brushes fit just fine.
Overall, while there are a few things that could be improved, this product works as advertised and gets the job done.
I bought this for my niece who’s a big make up fan. She said it worked so great for all of her brushes! It made cleaning them so much easier. Highly recommend!
Bought for my daughter. She used it on her makeup brushes on Boxing Day and it cleaned them so well. Can recommend according to her.
