How do you ship packages?
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses in China by ePacket or EMS and in the USA by USPS
Shipping Fee: Free for orders over $20.
For orders below $20, you will need to pay $5.99 additionally
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
These countries and regions are not within our shipping area：Aland Islands, Venezuela, Cayman Islands, Jersey, Jamaica, Guadeloupe, Kosovo, United States (1/62 states), United States Minor Outlying Islands, Martinique
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Limegirlstore (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Fantastic products for the cost. I chose it mostly in order to try out the different cat eye versions - the reflective glitter cat eye is my favorite - but all the colors are very pretty in their own right. Tiny bottles, but that was expected.
These are fun summer colors that I purchased to wear at the pool or beach. I specifically bought this pack because of that beautiful teal color in the second slide, but I was disappointed because there was no color exactly like that. You can mix some blue and green though I think to get that desired color. I would recommend it, I think the cateye is pretty nice and there are other specks of different colors in the polish too that make it feel "mermaid" like. I would recommend!
Got the Diamond Cat Eye Gel Polish for the wife. The Wife followed the instructions that came with the nails polish and did a black undercoat and choice of her color. She used the uv lamp at 60s? (Also bought uv lamp from Limegirl). Did a review as well. Guys buy it for ur wife). Idk what color that is but it's very very shiny. I believe she only used one coat
I love glitter love how the look on nail just not sure how to do cat eye I use the magnet as directed still didn't see maybe used it wrong but I still use it as glitter so I'm fine with it
I absolutely love these cat eye nail polish colors! I've tried other cat eye polish brands, and none have been as opaque and pigmented as these. You can use the polishes by themselves or over regular gel nail polish. In this photo I used a regular blue gel polish and put the cat eye blue over top and wow it's gorgeous. The magnet that comes with it works great, although it does take some practice to get the hang of it. Overall these polishes are amazing, you won't regret buying them!
Very beautiful. The glitter is perfect thin which gives the beautiful velvet effect if wanted instead of cat eye look. However the cat eye is intense and the magnet activate it cute toned sparklyness
Love how the color looks in a lightings but it looks even more beautiful when light shines right on it. Have to practice more with the magnet to get a better effect.

These polishes are so pretty!! I can’t wait to use them over and under other colors. I had no issues with them curing and the cat eye polishes worked perfectly! All polishes, I did one coat, placed the magnet over it and then cured.
