How do you ship packages?
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses in China by ePacket or EMS and in the USA by USPS

For orders below $20, you will need to pay $5.99 additionally
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
These countries and regions are not within our shipping area：Aland Islands, Venezuela, Cayman Islands, Jersey, Jamaica, Guadeloupe, Kosovo, United States (1/62 states), United States Minor Outlying Islands, Martinique
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Limegirlstore (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

I would like to start by stating that I have never once done nail art to any extent in my life before this, as a teenager I never even could paint my nails properly! So to say this nail kit is user friendly is a major understatement! I’ve been so fed up with paying $40-$65 a set for nails at a nail salon that come out looking like the person doing them was a child. I’ve never been a super artistic person but this pink and glitter set was the first amount of nail art I’ve ever attempted on myself and ide say they came out just as nice as the salon if not better! Don’t get me wrong it did take me a lonnnnggggg time to finish doing my nails but 4 hours by myself for free compared to the 2 hours at the salon that charges me out the ass is bitchen! I would 1000% recommend this kit to anyone trying to do their own nails from home!
This kit has a lot of stuff for such little money. I was very impressed with how much it came with. It’s easy to use, just look up a YouTube video and you’re set. It’s so much better than paying to go to the salon every couple weeks! So many color options and accessories to choose from. They’re also easy to remove. Really worth the money!

I got this because my kids want acrylics but i dont want them to ruin their nails. I was very happy happy with my nail kit. It comes with all sorts of goodies!! I was surprised at how easy it looked in the video, and im gonna need a bit more practice, but ill get the hang of it! The uv lamp is so handy, and even has a timer on it!
I have not use this kit yet because I'm always busy but the amount of product that came with is unbelievable. Once I use this kit then I'll give a update.
LOVE! you get everything you need and a good amount of colors and things too. I used to do glue on nails all the time so I have a little experience just with fitting my nails and gluing. Over all it was easy to follow the directions and I didn’t pretty darn good for a first try. I used polish on top to help hide any issues, and I bought a nail drill to help with bumps and things next time.
I like the color ,it looks natural. Just need a consistency on the texture but overall its a great polygel

Is everything you need to get started! Everything is tiny.
Limegirl is one of my favorite brands to use. The thick consistency makes it easier to apply polish with needing less coats (I usually apply two). This polish required 3 coats because it’s more transparent,
good product, i thought it would finish faster but the bottle has worked to make many nails, the quality is good, and the durability is approximately 2 and a half weeks. if it is easy to use, it can be with the special liquid or simply with alcohol
Great kit. Pretty easy to use. Very sticky and can be messy. Get your self set up with everything. I would put under light more then 2mins till dry. But for the most part works good. Let's see how long it last.

Love the Limegirl gel line, but these are by far my favorite go to colors for a everyday chic look.
Great product love the colors
This brand is one of my go-to’s for poly gel. These colors are gorgeous and they’re very easy to build if you want a more opaque color! Very pretty and with proper prep they last forever.
This product is somewhat easy to use, just a bit runnier than what other polygel products seem to be so trying to keep the nail in place with clips or hand is difficult with the runny product. I purchased separate dual forms because I have flatter nail beds and the original forms from the kit seemed to leave more product than what I wanted. I prepped my nails well and the product lasts a good 1 to 2 weeks without lifting, maybe even on dryer nail beds might last longer. You can also refill by removing any lifting and just refilling on top woth the form. I purchased the Magic Remover as well for easy removal as this product does not come off easily with acetone.
I’m a beginner with polygel and this kit is great! The instructions are clear, it comes with so many different accessories and tools that can be used. The LED/UV light is a great part of the kit and it was definitely worth the money spent! I have already done 3 sets of nails (using 1 of each polygel) and it was super easy to learn.
This was my first time doing my own nails and I’m so glad I bought this kit because it was so easy to use. Will definitely be recommending this to friends!
Poly gel takes some getting used to. It’s almost as strong and durable as acrylic so it’s a great alternative. I loved my kit it had everything you need except for an 80% isopropyl solution. That’s the percent I used but I’ve heard 91% is preferred. I prefer the clear poly gel’s formula and I will be buying it again separately.
Very happy with my purchase! This polygel is easy to form, it cures well under my lamp and the color is just what I wanted! If you’re into doing your nails at home to save some coins like me, you won’t be disappointed with this brand!!
