How do you ship packages?
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses in China by ePacket or EMS and in the USA by USPS

For orders below $20, you will need to pay $5.99 additionally
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
These countries and regions are not within our shipping area：Aland Islands, Venezuela, Cayman Islands, Jersey, Jamaica, Guadeloupe, Kosovo, United States (1/62 states), United States Minor Outlying Islands, Martinique
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Limegirlstore (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

I've ordered this item twice already. Its great. I've used it for gems and it stays on even when my cat is nibbling on it. I have used it as a top coat before (or I use it before the top coat for extra adhesive when I have 3d things sticking out like gold flakes). Theres no stickiness when cured.
I think for the price this product is great! Beginner friendly and the gel holds very well! Can be used to adhere rhinestones, to glue nail tips on, as a top coat, etc! I’d rate 10/10 so just buy it!
The nail glue is very thick,I need to make sure it's upright for a few min befor opening it so it doesn't bust out the top but the quality of the glue is pretty good it dries clear and there's quite a bit there ..it doesn't really have a strong odor
I’ve been doing nails for 3 years and I’ve been using this for two. Anytime I’ve changed or used a different glue my stones and charms would not last. This glue is amazing! It’s a good thickness and cures quick. It is thick so I’d just suggest starting out with a thin layer of glue then cure and then put more around your charms. It’ll last til they come back guaranteed 💕

It works! Its very sticky if u happen to get it on your skin. I personally feel you need to hurry get it under the lamp because the items will start to slide. But once its under the lamp it dries fast.
This is my first time using glue and the product works great! It is very sticky and can get a little messy but once cured completely it keeps everything in place. It also has a weird smell but aside from that definitely will buy again
These pots arrived FULL, so buyer beware when opening. They did have a foil seal but removing that was a mess, do yourself a favor and have alcohol and a pair of needle nose tweezers ready! This is not a no wipe glue, you will need to top coat. Aside from that this glue works well, I wear my sets for 2-3 weeks and don't have any pop offs. Worth the price
THIS IS A VVEERRYY GOOD PRODUCT. I HAVE TRIED OTHERS THEY WAS STICKY AFTER CURING NNOOTT THIS PRODUCT AND IT LASTS FOR 2-3 WEEKS I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT I HAVE ORDERED IT 5 TIMES ITS THE BEST I HAVE USED.
