How do you ship packages?
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses in China by ePacket or EMS and in the USA by USPS
Shipping Fee: Free for orders over $20.
For orders below $20, you will need to pay $5.99 additionally
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
These countries and regions are not within our shipping area：Aland Islands, Venezuela, Cayman Islands, Jersey, Jamaica, Guadeloupe, Kosovo, United States (1/62 states), United States Minor Outlying Islands, Martinique
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Limegirlstore (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

These are SO good! They are slightly flimsy along the free edge but a trick is to take the oval sticker and stick it to the back of the form right below the free edge part. Makes it way sturdier and gives you a great C curve when you peel them off. 10/10!!

I loved it. I’m a visual learner so when I saw the pictures I figured for the price why not try it? Seemed easy enough and THEY WERE. Bang for tour buck and am DEFINITELY buying again. I have the Limegirl poly gel kit and have struggled with the underside of the nails when using the forms it comes with. Filing underneath the nail is a lot harder than the top so I figured these would solve my problem. my nails came out so good and ended up saving so much product since I could shape at the same time.
It's very a sturdy form. I like the stick to you kind like this because I am so fidgety that It wouldn't work otherwise. It's very simple to make your form even with the lines on it. Great for the price. Would recommend especially for beginners.

These are great for beginners & for professionals. Putting them on take a little if your nails are short. But easy to use.
I love doing my own nails but since I am not a professional I need more help. I love the grid on these forms which help me form the shape as I build the nail so I don't have to file as much.

They are nice that’s for sure, i’m not sure if they’re great for beginners though. They don’t stick for so long and you have to kind of have longer nails to use them and more curved nails.
I do my own nails and I really like them. Very easy to use. I have purchase other forms but they were to long for my liking, I like short nails so this is perfect. I would recommend for beginners.
I'm new to doing nails. These came highly recommended. I'm still learning the method of attaching them to my finger and watched a few videos on proper proper procedure. The two sides should remain adhered together once you get the form where you want it. What I find is that these forms don't remain stuck together. I have to pull my hand out of the UV light and keep sticking them back together.
First time using these. I tried it with the poly gel nail extension kit which made it so much easier to apply. This was my first time ever doing a full set on my hands. Definitely going to use these again in the future.
These are better for people with a little bit wider nail bed
