We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses in China by ePacket or EMS and in the USA by USPS

For orders below $20, you will need to pay $5.99 additionally
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
These countries and regions are not within our shipping area：Aland Islands, Venezuela, Cayman Islands, Jersey, Jamaica, Guadeloupe, Kosovo, United States (1/62 states), United States Minor Outlying Islands, Martinique
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Limegirlstore (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Great nail polish selection but it takes a very long time to dry. The topcoat is a necessity to ensure it dries properly. Good purchase for low price. The UV is pretty decent.

I love this entire set. What to start with….durability! I am a factory worker, always using my hands. I run a brazer to basically weld parts together, so my nails get wet, dirty, you get it. This polish really does hold up! The lamp is one of the easiest and best, with all the light sensors, you really are getting FULL curing coverage. Need more colours!!! I will gladly buy them (but secretly so my husband doesn’t see,lol)
This is my first experience with a gel kit and the directions were great and this kit made it so easy. Only thing I can’t review is how it will last over time. So far I am very impressed with this set though and look forward to many more
After watching the nail tech, I decided I could do that. It’s a learning process. Very difficult to get off your skin. Second time I used the latex stuff around my nails thinking it wouldn’t matter is I was sloppy. Wrong. The gel sets hard and you can’t peal it off. Polish goes on nicely and cures hard. I’ve gone three weeks without chipping. The accessories are a nice touch. I would recommend this to my friends.
Got this nail kit firstly I’d like to say you get a ton of items that you can use from manicuring your nails preparing your nails and getting your nails polished I love this nail kit only problem I have is the colors do not match what is pictured but they still are some beautiful colors in this kit I rate it 4 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Out of 5 only because the colors pictured aren’t as vibrant or the same but overall this kit is a great deal every thing was packaged neatly with no spills or anything and the uv light works great not hot or any pain from it I will be repurchasing this product in the near future again 👍🏾
Working in the medical field regular polish does not last even a day for me. I dont care to pay for the salon prices so I figured Id try this kit. It is alot thicker than regular polish so that is something to get used to. My first attempt lasted me 3.5 days. It started peeling around the cuticals, and while some spots were slughtly lumpy there were no chips anywhere else. Im sure it was my application probably being too thick and too close/on the skin. My second attempt I was able to get the coats a lot thinner and smoother. Its almost been a week this time but again it is starting to peel back slightly where I got it too close/on the cutical. My mother, who keeps her nails painted 365 since before I was born, her nail polish is going on two weeks with no issues. Salon quality paints are probably more durable, but if you are fairly decent at painting your own nails, and just wanting a quick fix at home thats easy on the wallet buy this kit.
Super simple, comes with everything you need for prep. Lots of colors to choose from. I seen other complaints about gel not drying I just use lamp 2x for each step for 60s. I really wish the gel wasn’t clumpyish. I assume because of it sitting for periods of time. Other than that I really love using and saving money with this 😁 EDIT: if you heat up some water and let the polish sit for a few minutes it works like new!
It reached Germany in 14 days, everything is packed well. I was afraid that the wrong set would come or something would not work, but everything is in excellent condition and working, for a beginner the very thing. I took a lamp for 120W and a frame for 35000rpm, I'm not sure that there are all the same, but they work well.
If you regularly need to have manicured nails that last 2 weeks but don't want to spend unnecessary money at the salon, purchase this! What I spent on this kit is less than what I would pay for one manicure at the salon. I've used this kit twice and have been pleased with the results both times as they are of professional quality. My only regret is that I didn't know about/purchase this sooner.
These do not last very long but I am rough on my nails. I am a housekeeper but I wear gloves to protect against chemicals. They are easy to peel off and don’t ruin your nails. Overall a great set and starter kit!
This product works pretty well. It's easy to use. Instructions are easy to follow. It does peel after a few days, but that might be user error?
