How do you ship packages?
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses in China by ePacket or EMS and in the USA by USPS
Shipping Fee: Free for orders over $20.
For orders below $20, you will need to pay $5.99 additionally
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
These countries and regions are not within our shipping area：Aland Islands, Venezuela, Cayman Islands, Jersey, Jamaica, Guadeloupe, Kosovo, United States (1/62 states), United States Minor Outlying Islands, Martinique
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Limegirlstore (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Used this glue with acrylic nail, and was playing balls barefoot at the beach for hours none of them came off very strong glue
This glue is awesome. Highly recommend. Lasted me 2 1/2-3 weeks. Probably could have lasted longer but I wanted to take the nails off for another color. Super easy to use. I use it on my nail and the fake nail.

I’ve had my pressons on for a month! I’ve never had glue where my press ons have lasted over a week. This glue is crazy good! Found it from pinterest and never turned back!
I loved this product once you use it ain't no moving the fake nail tip anywhere. Drys out quick to.
I crushed my nail and it split and was catching on everything. I bought this glue and it was a lifesaver. Works really well and even washing hands frequently does not spoil it. I had to re-apply every 3 or 4 days but it worked really well. I only used 1 tube as the lid can be put back on so have loads left for future incidents.
You can tell straight away as soon as you put the nail on that it is strong, easy to use does smell a little but what glue doesn’t have great value for money highly recommend will be buying again :)
I got sick and tired of my false nails popping off with cheap glue, so bought these my false nails are still on 7 days later.. and still looks like I did them on day 1. Will definitely be buying this again. Good value for money and has excellent quality
